COVID-19 UPDATE

We are open and can't wait to see you! 
With the utmost concern for our staff and guests, we are following PA official guidelines
and have implemented the following policy: 

Please follow the PA State guidelines on Latest Travel Information to self-quarantine and to reschedule any appointments until your 14-day quarantine is over.  Thank you for your cooperation! 

What you can expect before your appointment
Your safety and well-being is our highest priority and we will be following all State and Federal regulations for sanitation. 
  • We are encouraging you to either purchase e-gift cards thru our secure website,  to put a credit card number on file or to use our new "self-pay option" to reduce contact at the front desk. (All credit card numbers are stored into our secure software).  If you would like to put a card on file or use our "self-pay option" (this is a link that is sent to you via text or email to pay directly), please let your technician know.  PLEASE DO NOT give any credit card information to our technicians or leave a message with the information.  We will call you and enter it directly into our secure database. 
  • Only Guests receiving the service will be allowed in the spa.  No friends or family.  
  • Please reschedule your appointment if you answer yes to any of the following:

  1. Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100.4°F or above?
  2. Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms (including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath, unusual fatigue)?
  3. Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms? Or is waiting on the results for test of COVID-19 infection.
  4. Have you had a recent loss of sense of taste or smell?
What you can expect at your appointment

  • ALL GUESTS and ESTHETICIANS are required to wear MASKS! We will have masks available if needed.  If you do not wear a mask, we are not allowed to provide you your service!   
  • Upon arriving, please remain in your car and call the front desk at 610-478-8775 or text us at 484-697-8080 to let us know you are here.  Your esthetician will come out to get you when she is ready.  
  • When you arrive in the spa, you will be asked  to provide a signed waiver or we will provide you with one. 
  • Your esthetician will take your temperature. 
  • You and your esthetician will both use hand sanitizer and you will be escorted to their room. 
  • Please maintain social distancing from other guests and service providers.
  • If you need products, your esthetician will get them for you and the front desk will add them to your ticket. Please do not handle any retail products on display.
  • Checkout - If you have a credit card or a gift card on file or you are using self-pay, you can leave directly after your service is completed and we will email you your receipt. Otherwise, we will still accept Cash, Credit Cards, Gift Cards and Personal Checks.   
  • Tips - Tips are cash or check only and can be placed in the tip box on your technician station.
